■ Work hour processing during “coming to office”

- No time and attendance processing => Work hour is not computed.

- Weekday work processing => Computation is made according to a selected

work type.

Example) Basic work 8 hours, Overtime work 2 hours => Basic:8, Overtime:2

- Holiday work processing => Computation is made by adding all work hours.

Example) Basic work 8 hours, Overtime work 2 hours => Holiday:10

2-2-7 Vacation Registration

■ Vacation codes required in work schedule can be registered.

■ Enter a code in English alphabet and number. After entering a name, select

[Registration].

To change a previously registered holiday code, select a holiday code in

[Vacation List] and change the code and name. Then, press the [Change]

button.
