■ Password: When starting the time and attendance program, set the required

password.

1~8 digits password is allowed for registration. Once a password is registered,

it shall be required in starting the time and attendance program again.

If a password is not desired, leave the space in blank.

■ Time and attendance date setting

Date last imported: The latest date when authentication record was imported is

displayed.

Latest processing date of time and attendance: The last date of the period

when time and attendance was processed is displayed.

Latest transmittal date of time and attendance result: The date when the time

and attendance result of [Management]–[External Transmission] menu was

transmitted is displayed.
